Your Village Team

Cllr Max Austin is the International Policy Director at Public Policy Projects and sits on the board of Tories for Climate Action, a group promoting Conservative, pro-market and pragmatic climate action and environmentalism.
Max can often be found walking his dog on Wimbledon Common.
Will Orson
Will has been a Wimbledon resident for nearly five years, having grown up in rural Leicestershire. His interest in Politics began at an early age, subsequently reading Politics at University.
His priorities in Wimbledon Village include lowering tax when possible whilst ensuring good value for money from local services, cleaner streets, and championing the UK’s best high street and the small businesses that make it.
Jan Comer
Jan has lived in Wimbledon Village for many years with her husband. Recently she was its ward chair for five years.
She worked first in central London for a major department store as a graduate trainee and then for leading London media agencies before starting her own business and also doing an MSc.
Now, she wants to be part of keeping the Village a great place to be for all, to support local highstreets and green spaces, to keep things tidy and safe and the roads maintained. Jan encourages shopping locally and is on the board of a local sports club.
