Nigel Benbow
Nigel, an experienced Data Scientist and Financial Risk Modeller, lived in South Wimbledon for 20 years. He runs a business developing financial models and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Decision Sciences. Despite his hearing loss and mild cerebral palsy, Nigel is determined to improve residents' lives and the environment. He previously served as a Councillor and understands the expected standards required to assist residents and lobby the Council on their behalf. He was involved with the campaign to save Merton Hall from demolition and longs to see South Wimbledon thrive again. Nigel continues to use his life experiences to help vulnerable residents and is often stopped in public for advice and asked about his return to the Council.
