Cllr Ellie Cox was born in Merton and continues to live in the borough. Eleanor works in finance supporting SME and mid-sized corporate businesses grow in London, volunteers locally and used to be a professional badminton player representing England internationally.

Heather Wheeler was brought up in Wandsworth and is a former Wandsworth councillor for West Hill in Putney. At the time of her election, she was just 22 and the youngest female councillor in the country.
