Village - Cllr Thomas Barlow

Shadow Cabinet Member for Healthier Communities & Adult Social Care

Thomas Barlow lives in Village ward with his fiancé. They moved to the area in 2015 and are delighted to call it home.  Thomas works as a Senior Policy Adviser for a leading UK business membership organisation, working with government to create the right policy environment to enable the delivery of infrastructure. He previously worked for Members of Parliament and a Peer in the House of Lords.  Locally, Thomas is a Governor at Dundonald Primary School and is a regular participant at Wimbledon Common Park Run as he prepares for his first marathon.

Stephen has been a resident of Raynes Park since 1988.  He is married with three adult children and is a retired chartered accountant.
