Developers SGN and Berkeley Homes are proposing to develop the Motspur Park Gas Holders site (West Barnes Lane, KT3 6NQ).
The initial consultation on the 2.5 hectare site, between Motspur Park and the Sir Joseph Hood Memorial Playing Fields, took place in December, with further consultations expected ahead of a planning application being submitted later this year.
